Fuel Management Systems

Our FC5 has the capability of a fuel management system, at the price of an electronic padlock. The FC5 utilises the same tried and tested technology used for many years in previous systems but is a fraction of the price. Simple software for your PC is supplied free of charge and no on site commissioning is required.

FC5 Terminal Features

• Compact rugged, stainless steel, weatherproof design.
• Suitable for wall or tank cabinet mounting.
• Controls an existing or new fuel dispenser with the option to control a second dispenser if required.
• Uses guaranteed-for-life datatags instead of keys or cards.
• Up to 127 different tags on any one system.
• Tags can be programmed with registration, odometer entry & fuel type at the terminal.
• Use keypad for odometer entry, fuel selection & tag programming.
• Extra datatags can be added, existing ones can be locked out.
• Datatags & system are configured at the FC5 terminal. (follow the instructions on the display/screen)
• One datatag required per vehicle.

Information Available At The FC5 Terminal

• Fuelling totals for each vehicle.
• Tank stock levels
• Low tank stock warnings
• Details of last fuelling

Viewing Information On Your PC

• Fuelling transactions can be downloaded from the FC5 terminal to your PC via a portable USB flash drive.
• Information can then be imported into the PC viewer software at the touch of a button.
• Fuelling transactions can be viewed in a time frame of your choice.
• Transaction data can be filtered by vehicle or fuel type.
• Transaction totals for each vehicle or fuel dispenser can be viewed.
• Data can be printed out or exported into either Microsoft Excel or Word.
